Claims/Processing Claim

After just having experienced a loss, you are probably a little frazzled. This list will help walk you through the steps you need to complete so we can process your claim quickly and get you back to enjoying your life.

  1. If you have sustained damage to your property, take immediate action to minimize your claim by making temporary repairs to your property. If you have water leaking, turn off the water supply. If you have roof damage, tarp your roof to prevent water damage. Take photos of the damage if you plan to make any temporary repairs.
  2. Contact your Insurance Agent to submit a claim.
  3. Contact Spring Valley Mutual if you have any questions about your claim.
